Dropped 11 year old at hockey. Whilst I'm very proud of him following in the family footsteps I am also utterly exhausted. Been up since 4. So to stay awake for collecting him at 8 I'm having a middle-aged RedBull: tea, taurine, B12, folinic acid, B1 and magnesium
