Excited to share my first (co-)corresponding author paper out! Check out tweetorial by Yaotian below!
What controls condensate composition and function beyond binding stoichiometry? We show that condensate microenvironments play a key role, and can be probed by a micropeptide killswitch in live cells. https://t.co/Ds7i2wgCRT out now in @Nature with @henri_niskanen @dhnisz & team.

Highly recommend research by my colleague Philine
I am so excited to share this part of my PhD where we tackle the question: What impact do 3D contacts have on how enhancers regulate their target genes? https://t.co/wtyAWg4c4j 1/

Human TFs face a molecular trade-off between activity and specificity encoded as submaximal dispersion of aromatic residues in their disordered regions. A collaborative effort of @dhnisz, @VingronLab and Graf Lab published today in @NatureCellBio

Ever wondered how 3D chromatin rewires during differentiation? We wanted to understand this process better & distinguish if different processes or elements drive this rewiring. To do so, we used mESC=>NPC differentiation and focused on a single locus. https://t.co/TiCprAlW1s 1/17
biorxiv.org
Upon differentiation chromatin rewires to reflect its new cellular identity and function. While it is widely known that this process involves cooperative changes in transcription, chromatin composi...
