And his legacy lives on with @RHDR where 2 steam locos he ordered from Davey Paxman and Co in Colchester early in 1924 still run across Romney Marsh in @VisitKent, built by his racing and steam friend Captain Jack Howey. Sadly, he never got to see these locos running.
