2009 Stanley Cup Final. Game 7. I truly don’t know if I will ever again experience that kind/level of joy; it was so multifaceted. That time will forever be one of the greatest of my life & if I think about it too much, I’ll cry. So much love. So much joy. So much greatness.

The owner of The Red Hen was very dignified (& democratic) when she asked SHS to leave. We don’t have to be passive to “go high.”. I’m still a classy dame when telling a creep to leave me the eff alone.

25 years ago today, my dad died suddenly from a heart attack. We now know that exposure to Agent Orange during his service in Vietnam destroyed his heart. I miss my dad every single day & it means so much to me that the @VVMF honors men & women who died after returning home.

YOU. GUYS!!!. My heart was functioning at 35% and I was in congestive heart failure in December 2021. My heart is now functioning at 63%, completely healthy, and I’ve been fully cleared for surgery next week!!!!! ❤️.

Had a check-up with my PCP today and lost another 15 pounds in three months. I am officially the thinnest I have ever been in my adult, which means I’ve lost 175 pounds from my highest weight in 2015. I am strangely emotional about this.
