This is a serious problem in the #NHS at the moment. Frontline staff and their management teams have endured COVID, followed by Recovering the Backlog, and now Strikes. All are interlinked.
Stress is inevitable in the workplace and in life. But organizations can and should play a more active role in preventing burnout.
