2/2 In 2023, at age 102, Colin broke the Guinness World Record for the oldest person to abseil. He abseiled from the helipad on the roof of the Royal London Hospital Building – light work for the former WW2 RAF pilot!. Read more: Congratulations Colin! 👏.

Data shows that in Scotland more than 700,000 nursing days were lost due to mental health since 2020. In 2024, we awarded 188 grants to applicants across the UK who were experiencing mental ill health - a 5% increase on the previous year.
