Fixing crossover gait ✅⚡️ Having a crossover gate can cause many issues. Athletes moving less efficiently, lead to hamstring injuries, and cause hip and knee issues. Fixing crossover gate does take some time, but can improve an athlete in many ways! @1080motion @MarkHoover71
