Never in the history of ever have the masked men demanding to see your papers been the good guys. They aren’t now either.

The stuff these ICE guys are saying to the protestors is wild. In any functioning society, a cop saying to a protestor "I'm going to find when you live and give you a visit" or "you don't want to end up like Renee do you?" would be the end of your career.

From a legal use-of-force perspective, the video makes this hard to justify. Deadly force turns on imminence. Under Graham v. Connor and Tennessee v. Garner, officers CAN'T use lethal force just because someone is fleeing or being defiant. There MUST be a specific, immediate

“Let me check on her, I’m a physician!” “I don’t care!”
HuffPost has obtained a video of a physician trying to give medical care to the woman shot and killed by ICE agents today, and not being allowed to go near her. The ICE agents claim there are medics on site, but witnesses scream that there are no medics present. Full Story:

It’s hard to believe a president would time an illegal military attack to distract the public’s attention, but today is the statutory deadline for DOJ to release its report on the Epstein file production. Maybe it is just a coincidence.

Betting on political events is actually a really tidy grift for White House staff.
Some war related insider trading? A brand new account in polymarket, only invested in US going to war with Venezuela and Maduro out by January 31. Up 13k so far, was spending thousands on Maduro out at bargain prices as recently as 4 hours ago. Now it’s at .50.

If this action were constitutionally sound, the Attorney General wouldn’t be tweeting that they’ve arrested the President of a sovereign country and his wife for possessing guns in violation of a 1934 U.S. firearm law.

This is incorrect. The first commander of AFRICOM—Gen. William Ward—was already a three-star (DEP EUCOM CO) when he was appointed. It wasn’t a one or two star looking for the next star. One reason AFRICOM was created was EUCOM/CENTCOM were over stretched by Iraq/Afghanistan. Also

Thank you, @RepRaulRuizMD, for the opportunity to discuss the Major Richard Star Act during your two-day Veterans University event. On Day 2, @WWP teammate Jose Ramos, VP of Government and Community Relations, shared why this important legislation must be passed. We’re grateful
I held the 7th Annual Veterans University in Brawley because I am committed to bringing resources to veterans and their families in California’s 25th Congressional District. I am fighting to get veterans the care and support they need here locally and in Washington, D.C.

Ive had one of the P51 on my key chain for years, you would be amazed at what they can open up. Think outside the box, you may find that little items like this mean meals being a bit more accessable.

Just an idea for those planning to donate canned goods at a local food pantry/program, can openers. While the larger ones are getting pricy you can still get the old military style P38(small) and P51(large) can openers in bulk for what you pay for 1 or 2 regular can openers.

Truly sad to see this happening. Now more than ever if you have the ability and means to donate to a local food pantry/program in your area please do so. This cut off to SNAP benefits nationwide is going to truly hurt so many, more than 1 in 10, here in the US.

A disabled Navy veteran tells Military.com that his family will go hungry as SNAP benefits are slated to expire Nov. 1 due to the government shutdown.

In August, we reported the VA lost more than 600 doctors and nearly 2,000 nurses this year, with the number of doctors still in the agency dropping each month since Trump took office. If you recently left the VA, here's how to share your story with us:
