I understand the motivation here, but coming from a journalism career I think it's a bad approach. News needs to be readable. You have a spectrum on one end of dull, accurate correct information. On the other you have exciting sensationized, misleading news. 1/3.
unpopular opinion: news should be a dry recitation of facts . if it isn't, then it's an opinion intended to stir your emotions into clouding your judgement.

Nature documentaries will be racially specific when it can blame whites, but racially neutral when they can't. For example, ivory poaching is committed by Africans and sold to Asian buyers. They will always get vague and just blame "humans.".
I'm once again registering my annoyance at the fact that EVERY SINGLE NATURE DOCUMENTARY talks about how humans suck. Literally every single one. I am so tired of explaining to my 7yo son that no humans are not destroying everything. That he can be optimistic. It's obscene.
