Trump Administration is still purchasing goods and services based on race. Here are the current priorities for each agency from @SBAgov still in effect. The EOs clearly ban this, but SBA still published this and promotes it on its website. @AAGDhillon

Despite flashy news releases, @USDA and @SecRollins still run DEI programs. Several. Here's a big one from their website today. If you are a victim of the race-discrimination in the 2501 program, please contact me.

I cannot wait to catch opposing counsel citing fake cases. It will be glorious.
Attorneys representing pro-Hamas protesters accused of violating the law by blocking highways may have acted unethically. Their brief cited fake quotes and fake cases. Is this another example of artificial intelligence run amok? Hopefully the Court gets to the bottom of this!.

Mahmoud confirms your constitutional right to direct the upbringing of your children - including religious instruction. It was a massive victory for liberty. Take advantage!.

Great article. I don't think policymakers & school choice advocates truly understand how radical the OBBB could be. It just takes a tiny bit of imagination to think of what unlimited, $1700 dollar-for-dollar tax credits annually passing thru SGOs will do for education in America.
The recently passed OBBB included exciting new funding opportunities for kids across all school sectors—including public schools. But Wisconsin families will be left out unless @GovEvers acts. @CoryJBrewer and I discuss.

To get a federal management or professional job, you used to have to pass a test. People said it was racist. A federal court agreed. 44 years later, the madness is over. We can again test federal workers for general intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Another federal government DEI program bites the dust! Today, the @CivilRights Division ended a 44-year-old decree that bound the federal government to use DEI in its hiring practices. 🔗:

One of the interesting and important constitutional questions that the Supreme Court doesn't really want to decide.
Denying the Second Amendment to adults who have secured all their other constitutional rights at the age of 18 does not make sense, and cannot be constitutional. If you can vote, serve in the military, and live on your own, you have the right to the effective means of
