I’m Tony Evers, and I will always try to do the right thing for our state. Wisconsinites want fair maps, and Wisconsinites deserve fair maps.
So, today, Wisconsinites, I enacted fair maps for the great state of Wisconsin.
More good news from our friend,
@RepGwenMoore
, on how
@POTUS

This new Workforce Hub will connect workers with good jobs in growing industries while supporting lead pipe replacement and infrastructure investments. That's a win-win.
Good paying jobs 🫱🏾🫲🏿 Clean drinking water
President Biden just announced that Milwaukee is a new Workforce Hub focused on removing lead pipes!
Thank you,
@POTUS

At the Governor’s Fishing Opener this weekend, I received this amazing print of my 23-inch walleye catch from last year’s opener.
Hard to catch a record-breaker two years in a row, but there’s no such thing as a bad day of fishing!
It was great to be out on Yellow Lake with Barb and Rikki from WI Women Fish for another year at the Governor’s Fishing Opener.
Holy mackerel—the rain did not let up, but we didn’t, either. Reeled in a 20.5 in Northern Pike! 🎣

Ensuring Wisconsin roads are safe is a top priority.
While I'm out fixing potholes, I'm also calling on every driver to put down their phones, slow down, and help keep our roads, workers, and communities safe.
I have been briefed on the incident at the Mount Horeb Area School District and am closely monitoring the situation.
I am praying for the health and safety of our kids, educators, and staff and grateful for the first responders who are working quickly to respond.

Our small businesses are the hearts of our communities and economic engines for local economies. And they've always got the best puzzles for Kathy to boot!
Happy National Small Business Week, Wisconsin!

Since 2019, our administration has helped improve and repair more than 7,400 miles of roads. Glad to be lending a hand repairing a few more this week on Pothole Patrol!
Should women be able to get the abortion pill mifepristone? Yes.
Will you veto any bill that imposes more restrictions on abortions? Yes.
Do you think states should monitor women's pregnancies so they can know if they've gotten an abortion? Hell no.
See, that wasn’t so hard.
🚧 It's that time of year, folks! 🚧
I’m kicking off my annual "Pothole Patrol" tour, so I'll be out there fixing the darn roads my darn self! I might even stop by your neighborhood, so come by and say hi. 👋
ICYMI: WisDOT Deputy Secretary Boardman and
@GovEvers
joined Columbia County officials on April 15 in Wyocena to urge motorists to drive safely in work zones. Together we can make a difference on our roads and keep the workers and emergency responders safe.
It was great to stop by state agencies last week for Take Your Kid to Work Day to meet with kids and talk about all the important work their parents do as public servants to our state.
