The @NSF just announced the #microbiome dataset from the @DR_E_A_M challenge (led by our @MarchofDimes prematurity research center at UCSF) as 1 of 10 datasets for the #NAIRR Pilot, selected through a competitive NSF-led process with an interagency group of 12 federal agencies!

We had a great conference session on the Placental Clock DREAM challenge at the RSG meeting at the University of Madison, Wisconsin. The top performers were Herdiantri Sufryana (right), Tushar Patel (middle) and Ibrahim Alsaggaf (screen). Domain knowledge won the day!
