You’ll fall out , he will change the locks and ignore all contact with you . He will stay in the house and you’ll not be able to sell it as he will have rights. The legal route to remedy it may leave you even more out of pocket. I’ve seen the scenario first hand.

When West Ham gained a direct sporting advantage over the Tevez affair , it was accepted by the PL that a points deduction would harm the fans , so they gave them a £5.5m fine.

Bill , they advised the commissions to deduct 12 points for the first , then 5 points for the second.
17 points in one season they wanted deducted.

It’s definitely worth appealing, even if we are safe the extra points could be worth Potentially £6m.
Also, we should appeal that losing points is a double punishment on the first charge . Prize money lost is an additional punishment, seemingly not acknowledged as yet.

So they wanted 17 points deducted in one season !

So in that case Everton (19.5m) would escape with a fine , whilst Forest (34.5m) still get a points deduction.
The point is that it’s wide open to inconsistency and possibly corruption.

Basically batting the legal ball back to 777 saying if there are no satisfactory answers ..it’s on you, or Moshiri, to walk away .
Their legal advice is to never reject , just offer conditional approval.

Love Gana , he’s an honest professional. Even when he was left out , he said “no worries boss , I’m here and ready when you need me” .

Our KC has said emphatically some of our mitigation is real and would stand up in any court.
Some of the PLs counter arguments like we should have foreseen the Russian invasion of Ukraine is plainly ridiculous. Just accepting this one mitigation would be massive. A ten pointer.

If 777 can’t meet these conditions after over 6 months still refuse to walk away , then Mr Moshiri has to pull the plug and talk to investors who can meet the conditions.
The delay is massively damaging the club , we need some stability, strategy before the 24/25 season starts.
