Reform-led West Northants Council plans to charge for Daventry car parks. Our High Street traders are already struggling with rising costs - charging for parking will push customers away. I’m campaigning against this. Sign the petition. Save free parking. Back our traders 👇

We welcome this step from the Government. But if the BMA reject it, what plan does Labour have to protect patients? Only the @Conservatives have a plan. Ban doctors’ strikes and introduce NHS minimum service levels to protect patients and public finances.

Great to recently visit @sim_staff and see their impressive new facility. It was brilliant to meet the team, learn about their world-class simulator work, and even jump into their in-house simulator for a few laps 🏎️💨 A fantastic local business showcasing real innovation.
Great to welcome Stuart Andrew, Shadow Health Secretary & MP for Daventry, to our new office the other day! He toured the space, met the team, and even set some laps in our sim. A proud milestone for our growing business.

We marked World AIDS Day with MPs from across the House of Commons. Together, we remembered those we have lost to HIV and celebrated the publication of the government's new HIV Action Plan for England.

Today I visited @ucl with my colleague @drlukeevans to see the important work being done at the Dementia Research Institute. It was inspiring to learn about their research into improving the lives of people affected by dementia.

Only the @Conservatives have common sense proposals for the NHS including banning doctors’ strikes to protect both patients and the public finances.

As the NHS braces for another round of walkouts, it is clear stronger action is needed. If Labour is serious about reducing waiting lists and protecting patients, they would back our plans.

#UKParliamentWeek 🇬🇧 has been fantastic. Great to visit local schools and groups and see how engaged the children are with Parliament and our democracy. If you’d like a visit, please email me stuart.andrew.mp@parliament.uk

Today’s Budget was a total humiliation for Rachel Reeves. She will go down as the worst Chancellor this country has ever had. Her position is now untenable and she knows it👇

Serious concerns have been raised about the proposed puberty blockers trial. We must not ignore lessons from past mistakes. I’m joining @KemiBadenoch in urging MPs to sign our letter calling on Wes Streeting to halt the trial and put children’s safety first
No child is born in the wrong body. I cannot believe we are back to square one, with NHS England backing an experimental trial of puberty blockers on healthy, vulnerable children, ignoring the damage already done. The No1 rule of medicine is "do no harm". This is activist
