Yes, protein plays a role in hypertrophy, no it's not big. Effect almost assuredly mediated through leucine. Proteins that are low in leucine just don't cut it for muscle hypertrophy! https://t.co/oDsyHxpCmy https://t.co/Rd17RadTIN Yes plant proteins work (if Leu high enough)
