If we only had the original variant, and everyone got vaxxed, you would have seen the control of COVID. But the virus kept mutating in the unvaxxed, so that one shot was not as effective. Due to Biden's age, if he'd not vaxxed, he'd be on a ventilator or dead. The vax saved him.
