Our paper is officially out @PNASnews . We aimed to better understand the role of lncRNA and Polycomb during FLC silencing. Elucidating their interplay required a combination of genetics, molecular biology, and, importantly, computational modelling. 👇.

In the second paper led by Govind Menon, we developed a mathematical model to capture the different feedback mechanisms between co-transcriptional 3′ processing and chromatin modifications determining the rate at which Polycomb repression is established.
