This is not known and untested. Methane is completely saturated by water vapor in the atmosphere so has little warming effect. These are untested solutions to problems that don't exist to make corporations rich.

Clear picture on climate dynamics
Nobody will ever be able to prove that changes in atmospheric CO2 have any meaningful impact on the climate. Earth's climate is very variable and the minor effects of CO2 are indistinguishable noise. Climate modeling is one of the greatest hoaxes ever perpetrated.
