OK I just came back from the #BostonProtest in Franklin Park. It was easily one of the most peaceful protests I have ever been a part of period. The speakers were great there was music there were smiling faces despite the level of anger that is happening today.

In all of these protests in the country you continue to see peacefulness right up until the point where police come in because they are tired of seeing nothing happen. If they let it all just end & disperse it wouldn't get ugly in EVERY CITY. F*** the police #bostonprotest.

16 years ago I saw these four guys from Vermont for the first time ever and life changed. Mom took me, it was also her first show, and we watched from the lawn. They covered Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, and played a four song second set. I was blown away.
