The attached text explains how my 'altercation' at the Awaji Coronavirology conference with Angie Rasmussen and Greg Towers unfolded, but not why Dr R used so many expletives. The poster itself was about our Mojiang miner #OriginofCOVID hypothesis: https://t.co/UdCB7CASxM

.@janeqiuchina makes some good and bad points in the @guardian 1) The bad "misteps" is a very inadequate way to describe the behaviour of Peter Daszak. OTH: 2) "we still don’t know how the devastating Ebola outbreak in west Africa began in 2014." Amen https://t.co/eqzL5CwriD?

In case you missed it, my newest investigation examines the public/taxpayer costs of billionaire philanthropy. We have been richly subsidizing the philanthropic work of the world's richest tycoons for years. Another world is possible. Read on! https://t.co/GDoMwJ9DYL

The scientific institutions have still not resolved the screaming scandal of the lab leak obfuscation, in which the integrity of leading medical journals, experts, journalists, labs and funding agencies became compromised by covering up virology's Chernobyl.

I suggest we should pay much more attention to the "Insectageddon" trend than AI or DT. 2% per year might not sound like much but the intersect is total annihilation. https://t.co/KIqW1VWVWo

A new point in history has been reached, entomologists say, as climate-led species’ collapse moves up the food chain even in supposedly protected regions free of pesticides

As an investigative journalist, I have a deep scepticism about Intel agency assessments being used to further political policy. But when major three letter agencies declare Covid most likely leaked from a lab, THIS IS NEWS. It should be reported & analysed by major news outlets.

@Rebecca21951651 @ScienceMagazine @Nature @ScienceInsider @NewsfromScience @Magda_Skipper @scifri @sudipsparikh @aaas @johnstravis It is impossible to escape the impression that major English-language news outlets (NYT, WaPo, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, Guardian, and BBC) and science news outlets (Science, Nature, and Stat) prefer that the public is misinformed--or at minimum uninformed--on this subject.

John Ratcliffe, Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem, Kash Patel, and Donald Trump, contrary to promises, have not declassified and released intelligence on the origin of COVID as required by the COVID-19 origin Act of 2023. They need to do so promptly.

🧵 Hooray! On Friday @NIH took a big step forward in research transparency. After fifty years of equivocal policy, NIH published a new Notice that *finally* explicitly obligates grant recipients to publicly post their Biosafety Committee meeting minutes. https://t.co/NQHsxbPtbD

#origineducovid

The GRAS notification system is such a large loophole that, since 2000, almost 98% of new chemicals that have been added to foods have been through the GRAS Notification process, rather than the Food Additive Petition process.

The U.S. allows 10,000 chemicals in our food, while Europe has 400. How many years has our government failed to protect our food safety? Hold them accountable. Thank God for @RobertKennedyJr advocating for healthy food & fighting for kids. #MAHA
