Just start a bio company. Tech is gonna get exponentially harder and harder to compete in as its literally poised to obviate all humans from that work. Biology is an infinite niche. Go make value with life as your canvas. Food Shelter Energy Materials Consumer Goods
lesson here is: make money in tech, then do biotech as a hobby (and also make a lot of impact + value)

Tough problem because of (1) biomarker valley of death, and (2) there are already many therapies for non-specific elimination of B cells and plasma cells. To be commercially viable you may need to crack epitope-specific depletion of antibodies/Bc/Pc. Maybe expand plasmapheresis
Most value is created by copying a small number of very good ideas. Notice the American River in 1848; stake a claim. If you want to find the cure to *insert here* chronic disease - mine serum antibodies from that condition. Nobody is here yet.
