So proud that after two and half years working on this with incredible housing associations and MPs like @peter_aldous and @heidiallen75 the Government has seen sense and dropped their plans! We did it!!.
BREAKING NEWS: Housing benefit will be kept in place for “all those living in supported housing” @MHCLG and @DWP announce - dropping plans to fund short-term accommodation through ring-fenced grants to councils #ukhousing #ukhousing.
