In the 12 months to June 2025, average house prices increased to:. • £291,000 (3.3%) in England.• £210,000 (2.6%) in Wales.• £192,000 (5.9%) in Scotland. The average house price for Northern Ireland was £185,000 in Quarter 2 (Apr to Jun) 2025, up 5.5% from Quarter 2 2024.
