Underground @MumbaiMetro3 is running smoothly and providing very smooth & safe transport to commuters from Aarey JVLR to Acharya Atre Chowk Stn Worli since morning despite extremely heavy rains in Mumbai City and MMR. #UninteruptedTravel #SafeTravel.

It's near impossible to negotiate with a hospital if you have health insurance. The insurance company has contracts. You are subject to those contracts. If you don't have insurance then legally they have to negotiate a reasonable price. You are in the drivers seat.
