We literally found out from the Government Accountability Office THIS WEEK that the tax credits are being given out with ZERO identity identity or citizenship verification at all. They submitted four enrollments for fictitious people and ALL FOUR were enrolled.
In just 28 days, the ACA subsidies expire. The tax credits need to be reformed, no question about that. But we need to extend them now so Americans stay covered while we work on a real fix to this broken system.
