Loads of people looking at this as a coup attempt.
I see it as a Mutiny. Prigozhin made all the right words about it not being a coup. Putin made all the right words about it being a crime.
Words mean things, and they said "Open to Negotiation". That makes it a mutiny.

Wagner (Prigozhin) is not out of the game and sending them to Belarus plays into his hands. Much closer to the throne than Rostov on Don.

More likely a chess move to increase his own power. In that view, would Prigozhin have dealt down to a less powerful hand? Not if I were him.
