It correlates well with the degree of LV pathology, wedge pressure, poor functional status and survival. Next question -- whether HFpEF therapies (SGLT2i, GLP1RA, and MRA) can improve symptoms and outcomes in these patients?.

HFpEF is a systemic syndrome that requires systemic approaches. Kudos to the organizers @josephahill @gcondorelli @gabrieleschiat1 @hvanspall for such an exciting meeting to bridge the disciplines!! Really appreciate the opportunity to meet leaders in the field.
