This sounds.. alarming? I mean if the lower cost of entry means more people get bloodwork done more often, then I suppose that’s a net positive. But if the bloodwork isn’t as precise, then of what use are those numbers? @labs_vanguard what are your thoughts on this?

FTR zone 1 is NOT cardio. It may be good for you if done enough But it's not cardio. If you call it cardio you are just looking for an excuse to be lazy and not exercise your little bitty lungs.
