The only protein bar I’ve found with clean ingredients. Solid macros comparatively & the chocolate flavor is delicious. Actually satiating because they’re made with real foods. Not affiliated, these are just phenomenal

Eat whole foods, track your calories, exercise, and don’t drink alcohol frequently = eating disorder & obsessive. Eat processed junk, drink alcohol every weekend, never exercise = completely normal. Makes sense.

You can’t go wrong with the classic ground beef + rice combo. I’ve eaten this meal daily for the past 3 years, just adjusting portions depending on whether I’m cutting or bulking. Add some lettuce, grilled peppers & onions for extra volume. Delicious, simple, & easy to meal prep
