Stan Bowles personified and came to define our club in the famous No.10 shirt. He was one of the great entertainers - not to mention characters - of the 1970s, as @QPR stood minutes away from lifting the First Division title. Thinking of Andria, Tracy & family at this time.
It is with a heavy heart we have learned that QPR legend Stan Bowles has passed away. A footballing icon and arguably the greatest to have ever worn our famous blue and white hoops. All our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time. RIP, Stan. Forever R’s. 💙🤍.

Great finish to season by @QPR and Marti. A special mention to our young GK @Joeewalsh13, who debuted for the club at @Coventry_City today and made some top saves to help secure a 2-1 win. I grew up with his dad and helped bring him to @QPR in 2021. I feel very proud tonight.

Trevor Francis was one of my favourite @QPR players as a kid. If you get a min, look at his hat-trick at Villa in Sept 89 - esp his 3rd. A truly world class performer, even at 35. He signed Sinton, Bardsley, Wilkins and Wegerle for QPR as boss. RIP Trev.

@CPFC As a QPR fan, I noticed Palace were first to scout him as early as 2018 and did so continuously until making a bid - while other clubs were unsure of him. Palace believed in Eze from the start and I'm pleased you're reaping the rewards.
