Debate w/our 2 Canadian adv. endo fellows re: +/- of Canadian 'SEE' curriculum seeking to standardize scope grip/position for all trainees, favoring 'C-position' & discouraging L/R dial use. I think this works for routine colo, but can be limiting for therapeutics. Disagree?
