Disorder in protein structures is critical to their biological functions but can also contribute to diseases. Our work introduces a new way to characterize protein disorder in biological systems, complementing existing '-omics' approaches and computational prediction methods.
Researchers present a proteome-wide workflow using the bifunctional chemical probe TME to capture, enrich, and profile endogenous disordered proteins in cells. @shouxiang_zhang @owyongtc @yuning_hong @LIMSLTU @latrobe
