I've decided to get involved in supporting select organizations that end homelessness. Victims of human trafficking and domestic violence often end up on the street. Especially women. @RPathways_ houses and shelters them. ❤️
We house survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence in San Francisco and the Bay Area. We heal families. https://t.co/imSCKw1lrn

British Columbia (Vancouver) Drug Policy has failed. They listened to radical harm reductionists who ended up trafficking drugs and giving drugs away free to homeless drug addicts. Paid for with tax dollars. Insanity. @ZivoAdam
Countless citizens are being needlessly harmed BC leaders drove destructive and misguided addiction policies, formed related companies, promoted illegal drug trafficking, lied about results and censored critics Making Mass Addiction

Here is today’s sweep in Seattle or better known as a “camp resolution” as services and shelters, detox, are offered. This service resistant group has been moved around the Mt. Baker neighborhood dozens and dozens of times. The good news is many accepted medical assistance and
There goes the neighborhood. Good luck NYC. Now, you'll feel the pain of entrenched homeless encampments and you'll like it.

Sorry, @sfgov’s “new tool” to “stop the sale of stolen goods” is a harshly worded letter?
"Police officers could then issue infractions if a second or third offense occurs within 18 months of the written warning." Just so we all understand, this will do nothing to stop shoplifting or illegal street vending in SF.

Supervisors approved a list of commonly stolen goods in San Francisco, another step closer to implementation of legislation on street vending.

President Trump says it perfectly. A patchwork of 50 different state systems creates a maze of conflicting regulations, resulting in chaos. Follow me to join the conversation on leading the AI revolution.

There’s no other disease where you are necessarily, by definition, a better person after having it, and that’s an incredible thing about recovery.

I want to know the name of the rehab facility and insurance company. Fu*k this. 😡
This couple was body brokered and human trafficked across state borders by a well funded Los Angeles drug rehab facility, and flown to LA, assisted by a well-known insurance company. Payments for their stay ended just 5 weeks later.. They were kicked out and dropped off at the

People tend to blame the mayor because they don't know the inner workings of the justice system in San Francisco. I do. I went through it. Pretrial diversion should not be allowed after your 2nd offense. The fact we even consider giving it to murderers and dealers is crazy.

It's also worth noting the non-profit who got $18 million from the city to run pretrial diversion is under investigation for stealing employee retirement contributions and now is being dismantled and taken over by adult probation is telling. https://t.co/Fa7QDFOQso

I'm not against diversion programs. But, when it's your 5th arrest for felony drug dealing or theft, it's clear that the diversion tactic is being used to support a specific narrative instead of being useful.

Almost everyone who gets arrested in San Francisco asks for mental health diversion. That's the angle of the public defender. The problem? Most of our judges are former public defenders or progressive leftists. Diversion is granted all the time. Rinse. Repeat. @SFDAOffice
“If you commit a crime in San Francisco you’re going to get caught…” and then the #lenientjudges will side with their friends at @sfdefender and let you out.

Read this. A perfect description of harm reduction and what it did not do to stop drug use, and arguably, made it all worse. 👇
“So the system went looking for something safe. Something predictable. Something measurable. Something where no one could accuse you of cruelty even if the outcomes were getting worse every year. Modern, managerial harm reduction offered exactly that. It wrapped itself in words
