Third of all, these hours are atrocious. Dinner rush is 6-8 Th/F/Sa. You’re missing more than half of the peak times for restaurant orders! You should open 12-8, minimum, Wed-Sat. If you want a day off take Monday, Tuesday, or Sunday; least important to most in that order.
