Darn it. There’s no editorial. Why? Because the heart failure community is stunned. They are speechless. No worries. You can read this (slightly biased) editorial for free on @theheartorg https://t.co/0SuYQSvcJ3 #esccongress #esc2025

The Miracle Neo 3 wire (Asahi Intecc) in action. An evaluation by the CTO Tool(kit) Master @KovacicMihajlo himself! The difference between this wire and the Gaia family is shown below. Thoughts?

Have tried a Miracle Neo3 first time yesterday and pretty impressed - used for a short CTO where I would have often used a PMJ wire and it just sailed through. What are others using it for, curious to hear other experiences! @evandrofilhobr @LAzzaliniMD @DrBIqbal @realarainmd

Regression to the mean? Participants more likely to remember meds when scheduled for office visit? Less anxiety knowing they had a procedure?

Table 3 shows it quite nicely. 24h BP drops in both groups (RDN & sham) but more so in the former - as expected. What’s happening at the office visits though? -15 and -8 drop in the sham group. Less pronounced but still there.
