The entire purpose of the report is an analysis of youth gender medicine. Starting PBs at tanner stage 2 and following on to cross sex hormones leads to sterilization in 100% of cases. From Dr. Bowers own mouth, none of these patients have reached sexual satisfaction as adults.

I think this is actually a big part of the resistance that some lesbians have to engaging in this conversation. I think there is a fear that if men believe homosexuality is more complicated in women, they will feel emboldened to pursue (and potentially sexually harrass) lesbians.

I tend to believe most normie lesbians who aren't *strictly SSA* have a significant romantic/sexual preference for women as opposed to a) taking on a political identity or b) fear of men. Although trauma obviously can inform sexuality.
