Thanks to Ukrainian strikes, Russia has lost 20% refinery capacity so far. At 50% they’ll have difficulties supplying the front. Ukraine is taking on Moscow’s economic war machine. Europe can do the same: Take down the shadow fleet in the Baltic & stop buying all Russian energy.
