Well, Whites and Blacks both are more supportive of a guilty verdict and longer sentences if a defendant is White rather than Black.

And like, yeah, white people are way more sympathetic to white criminals than Black ones, but it’s not a get out of jail free card

6% and 87% is a wild disparity, but it can’t be the worst in the nation.
