@wesstreeting If only there was a group of medical professionals that hadnt been mercilessly bullied from the NHS to make the strikes hurt more who could help maintain safety alongside consultants whilst strike action takes place so that this animosity/risk doesnt have to occur and talks can.

Loving the bizarre arguments from doctors able to earn ÂŁ145k a year, hating on Physician Associates for enabling better patient outcomes because the most juniors doctors (still in training) donât earn as much as fully trained PAs. Stamping feet and shouting itâs not fair.

Another good idea for helping @NHSuk. GP surgeries should operate drop in 0630-1000, 1130-1400 and 1530-2300. With minor surgeries, screening and pre-booked appointments performed outside these hours. 0630-2300 evenings and weekends. On call, 2300-0630 every day @JujuliaGrace.

More threats from @StarlingBank today. Itâs not our fault the @TheFCA fined you ÂŁ40,959,426. You still have to provide a fair service to customers. Never ending, short term, ah-hoc and obscure demands on small businesses will land you with a different fine for unfair treatment.

As absolute proof the @NHSuk doesnât need more money, it just needs competent staff. Went to donate blood, first nurse didnât know where Italy or Saudi Arabia are⊠second âsenior nurseâ doesnât know what Tachycardia is or an echo cardiogram. You are asking questions about hearts.
