I'm just throwing it out there, but the person holding a bat is clearly a doctor. They have a lab coat on. This probably represents the beating Pas have been taking from their colleagues in the bma for a while. Whilst I have nothing to do with this image, perhaps it's time for.

Seems that both HR consultants and UMAPs share the concerns about the legality of the current action. Employers should think very very carefully before acting on the request. Good luck being able to prove genuine consultation with no predetermined outcome. .

We've always been working at that standard. When you have a 3 month time limit to get hundreds of people safe you have no idea the the pressure nor the efforts of a small number of people that's required - all you've done is seek to destroy and hurt. This registration does.

Hi @pa_StephenNash 👋 . Can you clarify please. A PA pays membership (£240-£450/yr) to UMAPs LTD, then donates to your legal fund, & now finds out they need to pay an additional £2k to be included in the legal action with UMAPs taking 35% of any settlement. Have I got that right?

Did @DHSCgovuk help CMAPs set up its submission portal? Where is the submission portal for doctors? I think any communications between C/UMAPs, NHSE, GMC, DHSC should be made available so we can see if there is any collusion.
