In Sept 2022 1/9 Astrea secondaries were graded as 'Good'. With @AstreaErnulf now 'Good' in all areas, 9/9 are now 'Good' with four being 'Good' for the 1st time! Congratulations to everyone! š This is a HUGE achievement! We now crack on with our mission to disrupt disadvantage!

100%. An essential part of school turnarounds (I speak from experience, having been Principlal of two white working class, coastal, secondary modern turnarounds).
They ask how something as simple as the shoes students wear, and how they wear them, can reflect a schoolās culture and the expectations of its leaders. These details matter. They communicate what we value, what we expect, and how committed we are to maintaining high standards.
