Can someone explain to me why train companies seem so keen on making sure passengers follow their terms and conditions, but when it's the other way round (National Rail Conditions of Travel), it seems fine to ignore? @LouHaigh @AvantiWestCoast
@jackfifield Hi Jack. As we do have services running today, tickets dated today only won't be valid for travel tomorrow, unfortunately. If you wish to travel tomorrow, you can claim a refund and rebook your ticket. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. - Kim
