and how do you know they are false? It responds to a TRUE positive PCR+ covid case being reported to the NHS system; the + person having the app, and the app pinging those that have spent about 15min at 2m since 48h before the positive test. That's the algorithm isn't it?

I did 31 WLIs in 2018 (c200 new patients) to pay off my CC bill that covered half of my 2017 AA bill. Guess what. AA breached again due to crazy taper. No more WLI *EVER* by me. Guess what neurology WL still 9 months. Pointless and I paid for it

2/2 99.9% of headaches are benign. Hardly anyone with headaches needs a scan. 95% of the HEALTHY NORMAL population get headaches. Open access self referral for a neurology opinion or scans? Both specialties grind to a halt in weeks

Yesterday my father was 85 ❤️❤️40 years ago he was a senior machine tool engineer and designer. He was teaching me differentiation and integration. Today he couldn’t do serial 7s, recall 3 objects or name the PM. I feel helpless and empty. Those 230 miles might aswell be 1M 😥

White spots on the MRI that you didn’t need to have for your headaches….. like wrinkles, most of us have them, some more than others, and some people are really lucky and don’t get them at all (but not many) (NB about 1 per decade of age is normal)

Thankyou. It’s actually quite rare. Since I started using it more, to patients and colleagues, I feel better about myself. And try saying Thankyou without smiling. It’s quite tricky. ‘Thankyou for waiting’ is so much more positive than ‘I’m sorry I’m running late...’

. I spend half my life suggesting withdrawal of various meds that pts have become habituated to - Amitrip, GABAs, baclofen, analgesics - when fatigue and brain fog is rife and you're on 6 sedating meds it's a bit of an issue.....
