Het idee dat je als vrouw met de benen wijd moet en geen man mag weigeren zonder "legitieme" reden vind ik ronduit bizar.
In Amsterdam hadden ze voor het co-schap gynecologie een paar vrijwilligers die voor de studenten beschikbaar waren om op te oefenen. Voor iedereen fijner.

That's why I said it CHALLENGES us. It's definitely not easy, and for some people (eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, gender dysphoria) it is almost impossible to accept our bodies as they are. That's why many humans need psychotherapy and other animals don't.

I'm a medical Doctor (not a gynecologist) and I have never heard of it. If you need more moisture and elasticity you should get local estrogens. Dilation can cause micro-abrasions which could lead to scar formation and even less elasticity.
