Right - I hear there's a problem with not having enough jobs for newly qualified GPs. This is a wonderful place, with 525 patients and a gorgeous location, with great beaches.

Whenever you think the Post Office scandal cannot get worse it does. A lawyer - a lawyer - at the Post Office knew in 2010 and hid the information that could have exonerated Seema Misra and hundreds of others.
A bombshell in case of Seema Misra, who was wrongly jailed while pregnant: Post Office lawyer Jarnail Singh was sent a report about a Horizon bug creating shortfalls at 40 branches in October 2010. But he did not disclose it to the defence at Misra’s trial later that month.

I once came across the colourful (probably American) term "iatrogenesis fulminans". This case epitomises it. Not all harm is preventable, but much can be prevented by avoiding robotic overkill. Circumspect practice is the best response in situations where the pt is stable.
