NEW: It is likely that 13 victims of the Horizon Post Office scandal took their own lives, the Post Office inquiry chair has found. This is more than double the five that were publicly known about - four of which I revealed in a 2021 investigation:.

Exc: Close to 350 Post Office Horizon victims have now died before getting a final payout. Findings from FOI comes as the public inquiry publishes its first report tomorrow - a major milestone in this scandal.
