MRI in spinal CSF leak often shows brain sagging, a finding that is frequently overlooked. Here, I depicted human-like creatures formed from CSF leaks, pulling the brain downward and causing sagging, which results in mammillopontine narrowing and cerebellar tonsil herniation.
