Many times in life the question is not whether to do thing or another, but when to emphasize one aspect or another. Rest or train? Research or write? Diversify or concentrate? Opposite answers can both be right. The question is which one is the right answer for right now.

As an indefatigable planner and goal setter, this is a good reminder: ā€œ10-year dreams. 5-minute actions. Where do I want to be in 10 years? What can I do in the next 5 minutes to contribute to that outcome?" – @JamesClear

Rule of thumb when positioning in the New Year: If you're a beginner --> Hustle. If you're expert level/seasoned --> Cut the fat & Focus. Big rewards come from different places initially... Once you know your levers, drill down on those with all you've got.

3 questions to ground ourselves in the end of year chaos: 1) ā˜ļø thing you’re grateful for this holiday season? 2) ā˜ļø book you’d gift everyone you know? 3) ā˜ļø thing you’ve spent <$25 on lately that you’ve enjoyed using repeatedly?

I think now is the time for IFTTT for finance. Including a no-code hi-yield savings switching tool. But founders, don't say it's the first. E*Trade's wasn't the first when we shipped it in 2004.

Are there any #habits you wanted to be better about in 2022 but maybe weren’t… and are excited to refocus on in 2023? (Me: Um, all of them?! Oh, focus…You said ā€œfocusā€. Still all of them.)

The bank hired 50 people last year, and this year increased the Latin American private-banking team with an additional 20 bankers based in Miami. @JPMorgan #privatebank #wealthmanagement

Anyone else have the instinct to create captions with all their Lensa AI images? Like this one is clearly me with a British manor. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø Also, prefer it to all the gamified ones that need a *bit* of anatomical help.

It’s likely been a spendy couple of weeks - and a wild year - for us all. So let’s just take a deep breath and take a peek at where we’re at together.

My favorite piece of advice is to increase your "luck surface area". - Work hard - Build a strong network - Learn something new daily If you do those 3 things, luck will find you.

If we want to reach the unbanked, a key data point is that the delivery medium is important. US unbanked households have marked preference for prepaid cards like Green Dot over payments apps like PayPal/Venmo. via @FDICgov's new survey of the unbanked: https://t.co/jCpvtk0WVV
