Anybody who knew Dawn will know how important her cats were to both her & Roy & their huge undertaking fostering a new mom & her litter of kittens alongside their own. We have donated £215 to Alresford Kitten & Feral Rescue in memory of our friend and colleague @missdcox.

Today I’m with @OrmistonTT RE trainees visiting the Shri Venkateswara Temple in Oldbury. @missdcox wrote some of these ITT materials and always intended for this to be a real experiences for trainees so I’ll be thinking of her as we complete it today.

One thing happening in the wonderful world of #teamRE to honour @missdcox is sharing & amplifying her insights. I choose this. I strongly believe in the good a National Curriculum could do for RE & hope @bphillipsonMP is willing to work through the challenges, not shy from them.
We need to start thinking about what a religious education national curriculum might look like (just in case. ) .If we don't make suggestions of how it could work then we can't evaluate what we really want/don't want. This was a suggestion for the substantive part ⬇️.#TeamRE.

I tell you what, the love shown to @missdcox today would be a credit to anybody. If I can make half the impact Dawn has, I’ll be very proud indeed. Count myself very lucky to have shared this year with Dawn and benefitted from her wisdom and generosity of spirit. #bemoreDawn.
