One of the best ways of assessing your liver and metabolic risk is a waist circumference. probably less cost and access issues (it requires a tape measure) You read your own results (over 100cm in men, 90cm women= high risk), and repeat as often as you like….

If you are going to arrest anywhere #parkrun one of the safest places….defibs and competence to use. Swift recovery David….and back to parkrun/walk for rehab and prevention….and friends.
Yesterday I was very lucky indeed. I completed the Bognor #Parkrun but went into cardiac arrest soon after, within metres of an off-duty paramedic & a defibrillator that had never been used before. The defib now has a 100% success rate & I will forever be in the debt of Alice ❤️

It still blows me away how #parkrun has transformed our parks on a saturday morning. People of all ages, sizes, cultures…. mutually supportive and encouraging. It’s the spirit every country needs to flourish.
